Enjoy low-latency control with remote computer by pairing the Vertiv Avocent HMX8000T IP KVM Transmitter with HMX series receivers. This transmitter connects to a single system, providing dual 4K video, audio, and peripheral control over your fiber network. Designed for high performance, this IP KVM extender integrates into your network with two 10 Gb/s compatible SFP+ ports. The maximum transmission range depends on your separately purchased fiber transceivers and cables. Using a single fiber connection lets you use one UHD 4K 60 Hz display with the DisplayPort connectors. Linking both allows for a dual 4K monitor configuration. The designated USB-B 2.0 port supports a mouse and keyboard connection while the other transfers data. The 3.5mm audio in and out jacks allow you to use a headphone and mic. An auxiliary serial port is also available. A small screen provides you with status information at a glance.
